Handling common remitting (processing money from employers to investment providers). Reviewing and processing seller reduction agreements (beginning, changing, or stopping contributions). Compliance monitoring and reviewing transaction requests based on employer plan documents. Answering emails and responding to inquiries. Processing paperwork and approvals. Handling approximately 20-25 calls per day. Multitasking between administrative tasks and phone calls. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES FIELD!
