Operations Clerk 1 Production & Sample Coordination Select and prepare product samples for production orders Assemble and organize job bags with all required materials and documentation Ensure accuracy and completeness of samples and job packets prior to production Support sorting and staging of materials for production use Order & Documentation Management File and maintain organized records of job bags, orders, and samples Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible Support administrative organization of production workflows Inventory & Receiving Receive incoming goods into the system accurately and in a timely manner Match packing lists to purchase orders and verify quantities and items received Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams Maintain accurate inventory records within the processing system Logistics & Freight Coordination Track Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing shipments Communicate with freight carriers to obtain pricing and shipment details Enter freight and shipping data for accounting and cost tracking purposes

Responsibilities
