As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels. You’ll be supported with full training on Visy’s systems and processes, so prior industry experience isn’t required — what matters most is your customer-first mindset. You’ll work across a variety of enquiries and responsibilities, including: Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, values-led manner Processing quotes, orders and invoices accurately and on time Providing delivery updates and proactively managing delays Working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs Managing daily administrative paperwork Monitoring non-conformance activities and customer credit levels This is a 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday — no evenings, no weekends, no shift work.
