Individuals in this position's primary responsibility is assuring customer satisfaction. This includes answering the telephone and intercom to assist customers with any inquiries, and continuously monitoring the camera system for any equipment failure, reporting it to management. This position will be required to perform the job duties of both a Parking Service Attendant (PSA) and Customer Service Monitor when scheduled.
