About The Position

Seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our compassionate and fast-paced customer care team. In this role, you will support pet patients and their families by delivering empathetic, patient-focused service across multiple communication channels. You’ll collaborate closely with pharmacy and fulfillment teams while navigating customer and prescriber profiles to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. This position begins with six weeks of paid, on-site training in Swedesboro, NJ. The role transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on site).

Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable attendance for on-site training and hybrid schedule
  • Comfortable working evening shifts and rotating weekends

Responsibilities

  • Deliver empathetic, patient-focused customer service via phone, email, SMS, chat, and mail
  • Navigate customer and prescriber profiles across multiple systems with accuracy

  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with pharmacy and fulfillment teams
  • Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
