About The Position

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our teams provide world-class service to our members by utilizing your in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. We pride ourselves on our dedication to our members' successes and goals, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion. As a Customer Service Manager, you will manage the operations team to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed at all times. You will be involved in hiring, training, and supervising team members at the front desk, Kids Club, and Housekeeping Associates. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with the Corporate Customer Care Department, assisting the General Manager with member and operational issues. Your role will also include managing cash deposits, ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained, and processing cancellations to retain members. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring metrics related to employee retention and satisfaction, as well as training staff to provide exceptional hospitality to all members and guests. Leading by example, you will create a clean, friendly, and top-of-the-line club environment. Regular meetings with direct reports will be conducted to review performance and provide guidance towards achieving individual and club goals. This position requires strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive working environment.
