A Day in the Life: We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and solutions-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our front-end team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the customer service and checkout areas, support and coach team members, and handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care. You’ll be responsible for overseeing shift schedules, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times. Whether you’re jumping in to assist during a rush or mentoring staff on best practices, you’ll be setting the tone for exceptional service and perfecting the art of fresh, friendly shopping. If you have experience in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences, we’d love to have you on our team! Pay Transparency: Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
