This role is essential in fostering a culture of quality, respect, and clear communication while ensuring services are delivered with empathy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, has understanding of HIPAA and Privacy Laws, and is passionate about improving experiences for clients, families, referral sources, and staff.
