The Customer Service Manager will fulfill duties associated with operations, purchasing, order fulfillment, customer service calls, and coordination of operations personnel. This job requires a wide variety of skills including communication, technical writing, mechanical knowledge, and ERP software utilization. This position will require coordination of multiple projects and individual tasks simultaneously. The Customer Service Manager will be working in conjunction with multiple sale teams to facilitate projects and assist customers. Project Assistance & Management. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations for service technicians. Strategic Development. Develop and monitor strategy for all Water Resources services; including existing and future service opportunities. Schedule technician service visits. Coordinate all service visits to be performed by Jensen Water Resources. Customer Service Manager will be required to communicate directly with contractors and jobsite personnel, as well as Jensen technicians to schedule visits as needed. Warehouse Supervision. Oversee and monitor the Water Resources warehouse. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible to maintain an organized, clean warehouse as well as identify areas for process improvements. Production/Procurement. Create customer orders, work orders, and purchase orders for all Jensen Water Resources Projects. Inventory Control. Perform regular maintenance and supervision of all inventory and associated transactions.
