Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you oversee the day to day operations of the front end.
  • Supervise front end associates and cashiers to ensure excellent service levels.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relations and service levels.
  • Ensure a friendly, professional, and well-organized image for the front end, vestibule, and parking lot.
  • Handle selection, training, development, and scheduling of cashiers/front end associates.
  • Ensure proper product handling and compliance with legal/regulatory aspects of the front end.
