  • Deliver high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts.
  • Meet or exceed CSO revenue benchmark expectations.
  • Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and achieving operating/margin targets.
  • Manage an assigned group of accounts profitably.
  • Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process in partnership with the Production team.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Cultivate relationships with the buyer in the client organization and day-to-day client representatives.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
