The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator will be working from our Calhoun, GA office. Reporting to our Indoor Customer Service Manager, this role blends order management, customer communication, and shipping coordination into one role. Tarkett Sports Indoor is part of Tarkett Sports. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and collaboration tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter, and process customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy and urgency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on orders, products, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries across plants, suppliers, warehouses, and job sites.
  • Track shipments and work with brokers and carriers to resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including BOLs, customs forms, and compliance paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
  • Document and follow through on customer inquiries, complaints, and freight claims to ensure timely resolution.
