Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support front ‑ end team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Serve as a go ‑ to resource for resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Oversee front ‑ end operations including checkouts, service desk, and guest flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment
  • Support scheduling, training, and performance expectations for team members
  • Ensure compliance with Meijer policies, safety standards, and cash ‑ handling procedures
  • Collaborate with store leadership to improve processes and elevate the guest experience
