Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support front ‑ end team members to deliver outstanding service
Serve as a go ‑ to resource for resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
Oversee front ‑ end operations including checkouts, service desk, and guest flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment
Support scheduling, training, and performance expectations for team members
Ensure compliance with Meijer policies, safety standards, and cash ‑ handling procedures
Collaborate with store leadership to improve processes and elevate the guest experience
