Requirements

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and services.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
