Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
  • Fluency in English (Written & Verbal).
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning & organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to work independently and support multiple team members.
  • Experience with CRM systems (D365), Oracle, and a background in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Cleanse and maintain customer and item data in CRM (D365) and Oracle, while managing customer orders and related information.
  • Coordinate multi-project wafer engagements and proactively follow up with customers based on tape-out schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Fab Planners, Account Managers, Engineering, and Finance—to resolve customer and production-related issues.
  • Review customer service procedures, update training documentation, and support resolution of RMA claims and scheduling rework as needed.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
