Requirements

  • High school graduate is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service and cleanliness.
  • Greet every member and guest with a smile and warm welcome.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions.
  • Sign guests up for memberships and schedule members for Personal Training orientation.
  • Assist with billing questions and handle member concerns.
  • Assist the housekeeping team with the cleanliness of the club.
  • Refill paper products, disinfectant bottles, and fold towels.
  • Ensure all areas of the club are fully stocked.
  • Manage inventory of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars.
  • Merchandise products and keep the cooler stocked.
