About The Position

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Part-time Customer Service Facilitator at Quailwood Community located in Dewey, AZ. Quailwood residents are not eligible to be hired .

Requirements

• Candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills
• Be comfortable with internet, Outlook email, proficient with MS Office programs
• Have a friendly, positive attitude
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• CPR, A.E.D Training (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous administrative skills or hospitality experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and guests
• Answering phones
• Processing paperwork for access cards
• Cleaning of the Clubhouse and common areas (restrooms, gym, taking out trash and dusting, wiping counters, coffee bar, etc.)
• Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for daily events and meetings
