About The Position

Temp JobSquad, formerly Advance Employment, is hiring part time, work from home Customer Service Enrollment Specialist for a charter school in southeast Michigan, $30/ hr. The customer service enrollment specialist will be responsible for advising and guiding student families through the enrollment process. The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible guiding families through the Power School forms and app, handling documentation, collecting information, entering data, and providing customer service. Handling questions, issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes, and enrollment policy Ensuring that applications are completed correctly and that the required supporting materials have been provided Entering, updating and reviewing data and records Providing guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates Corresponding with applicants and prospective candidates Processing enrollments and dis-enrollments

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Technology prowess; can fill out forms over the phone for families, or on Zoom with a family member
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of database and relevant software programs

Nice To Haves

  • Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience a plus
