Group/Division The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications US Citizenship Required for this position. This position has an emphasis on the local customers but travel will also be required as needed Primary Function: Responsible to provide elite support services to KLA PCB Territory customers, ensuring all PCB systems perform accurately, enabling high customer happiness and perception of the value of services received. Reports directly to the assigned District Manager.

  • Provide service support to customers encompassing system commissioning, system breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance support.
  • Generate a close working relationship with the customers to enable the company to sell its product portfolio.
  • Accurate completion of all field reports.
  • Represent KLA Company culture and values in a respectable manner.
  • US Citizenship Required for this position.
  • Candidates should have a solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and basic knowledge Printed Circuit Board technologies
  • Work to solve and diagnose Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC and DC), and Computer issues to the component level.
  • Must have solid understanding of WinNT, Win XP, Win7 & 10, Linux, as well as MS Office products.
  • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • An adaptable approach to working hours, locations, and conditions.
  • A flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working.
  • Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended period, often in difficult conditions.

  • Extensive travel required to support the customer as the need arise.
