About The Position

Our team is looking for energetic Truck Team Members who thrive on results, enjoy physical work, and love engaging with customers while cruising in our junk trucks What We Offer: Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week) Please note, we require all employees to work one weekend day per week Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts) Immediate start dates & paid training Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus) Total Average Earnings: $25 - $27 an hour on average Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning, you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. Truck to customer locations LIFTING & LOADING: remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile. SALES & NEGOTIATION: Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (We provide in-depth training) and pricing sheets the customer can view to easily understand our rate. RECYCLING & DONATION: Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can. TIME MANAGEMENT: Our business model aids in building your time-management skills, you manage your day like you are running your own business! What you bring to the company: You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance) Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!) Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Records Check will be ran on past 5 years). Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team We have positions available immediately. Requirements

You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
