Customer Service Delivery Driver
About The Position
This position involves working closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide information about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Additionally, the role requires safely and timely delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pick-up trucks. The job duties include direct customer contact, potentially with minors, and handling cash, other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is required to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public. The role is based at Store #1067, located at 845 Winchester Ave Ashland, KY 41101.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions
- Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using Company vans or pick-up trucks
