Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates daily customer service activities, provides feedback by answering specific questions related to daily activities, peer mentoring and leadership of Call Center Representatives.
  • Handles difficult or escalated customer inquiries and problems
  • Assists in complex/political customer complaints and develops resolutions or compromises that will meet the customer’s needs and protect the financial position of the Company
  • Provides back-up coverage for supervisor; assists with training, developing, and monitoring the team
  • Provides feedback to supervisor and ensures that budgetary targets are met while providing quality customer service.
