AMAROK's Customer Service department is responsible for the overall daily customer experience while creating and following up on routines and processes. As a Customer Service Coordinator you will play a key role in customer satisfaction and retention by providing superior customer support to AMAROK's internal and external customers. Applying candidates must be able to type at least 60-80 WPM and demonstrate proficiency navigating through Microsoft Suite. This is a Monday-Friday position working 9am - 6 pm EST or 11am - 8pm EST shift depending on business needs.
