Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite or Epicor a plus)
  • Sales support experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, specifications, and availability
  • Enter and manage quotes, orders, RMAs, and basic technical support requests
  • Accurately maintain customer data and track activity in CRM/ERP systems
  • Educate customers on products and recommend solutions based on their needs
  • Partner closely with Sales and internal teams to support customer and business goals
  • Follow up on quotes, conduct satisfaction outreach, and support engagement efforts
  • Identify issues, problem-solve, and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
