Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions, and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role. This includes verifying inventory availability, coordinating shipments with logistics providers, and ensuring orders are delivered to meet all customer requirements and deadlines. You have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers throughout the order fulfillment process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service operations or account management
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in written form
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills
  • Responsible with high ethical standards, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Strong, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with experience using Sage ERP being particularly helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with a high level of detail.
  • Plan, compare quotes and schedule shipments for completed orders.
  • Generate necessary paperwork for international shipments.
  • Interface with customers and internal departments regarding order status, logistics and delivery.
  • Communicate tracking information in a timely manner.
  • Keep customer and order records up to date across systems.
  • Generate paperwork for stocked inventory as requested.
