Reporting to the Branch & National Exports Manager, Freight Services, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for processing and reviewing international cargo and managing booking transactions for a portfolio of clients. The role also supports the Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Delmar customers. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with Delmar clients over the phone, in writing, and in person to maintain client satisfaction and meet company targets, while providing administrative support to the Freight Services team. Responsibilities include identifying and responding to customer needs and requests, proactively offering solutions, ideas, and insights to address customer issues and challenges, and conducting customer review calls as requested. The successful candidate must also maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered by Delmar.
