We’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Hadley, MA headquarters. This role serves as the main point of contact for our Dental Division customers—and will also support our medical and academic team ensuring every service visit, preventive maintenance, and customer interaction runs smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team environment, loves working directly with customers, and demonstrates strong organizational and follow-up skills.
