Position Summary Responsible for using multiple systems to complete data entry, review, quality assurance, issuance of and respond to emails on new applications. Fundamental Components included but are not limited to: Review new business applications for accuracy and timeliness (case mgmt.). Collaborate with distribution partners to obtain missing application information. Monitor shared email box for reissue requests and complete additional applications for data entry. Collaborate with Underwriting with additional information for application reissues and to ensure all information is gathered and application is complete for final decision. Offer Outbound Call Support to answer agent inquiries. Perform quality assurance on new applications and policy file for issuance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience, preferably in quality review or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule; candidates located near an office are expected to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
