About The Position

R+L Carriers has immediate openings for Customer Service Clerks for their call center in the Wilmington, OH Service Center office. R+L Carriers is a family owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965, catering to the transportation and distribution industry. Requirements

Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
Dependable and well organized
Must be computer literate
Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills

Responsibilities

answering calls on a multi-line system
redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
data entry
processing driver paperwork
assisting dispatchers
Other duties may apply as requested by management
