We are currently seeking a passionate Customer Service/Cashier(Kleanse) at Kreation, you'll play a vital role in our team, embodying our values of Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. We're currently offering both full-time and part-time positions. About Kreation Organic:In 2007, Kreation began as an organic café serving a Mediterranean-Persian cuisine on Montana Ave. in Santa Monica by Marjan Sarshar. When she opened the first Kreation Juicery, Marjan was cold pressing juices from her garage. Now, with over 23 stores throughout the Los Angeles area, Kreation continues to set the standard for cold pressed juice in SoCal. Celebrities flock to Kreation for its commitment to serving delicious meals, juices, and smoothies from scratch using locally sourced organic produce. Our juices are never high pressure pasteurized, delivering significantly more nourishment and health benefits than traditional juicing methods. Kreation is committed to using 100% USDA Certified organic fruits and vegetables purchased locally. They flood the body’s cells with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that cleanse, heal, and nourish. Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and/or wellness.
Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
Strong verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English.
Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift
Comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity
High energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic
Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date
Hours vary Monday – Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends.
Must have flexible availability including holidays

Warmly greet guests upon eye contact, providing energetic and prompt service
Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and impeccable customer experience.
Possess extensive knowledge about Kreation offerings, including ingredients and benefits
Exceed guest expectations by delivering a positive and complete experience
Uphold Kreation's standards for Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence
Achieve established sales goals.
Enroll all customers in our Loyalty Program.
Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together collaboratively to achieve goals.
