Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an automotive service setting.
  • Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic accounting procedures.
  • Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The schedule is Tuesday-Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday 7:30-4:30

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Process service-related payments, including cash, credit, and check transactions.
  • Provide accurate and detailed receipts for all transactions.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding service costs, billing, and payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure a smooth flow of customer interactions.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to billing or payments.
  • Keep abreast of Mercedes-Benz products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
