The Cabinet Coordinator is responsible for handling incoming requests via email, supplying lead times, and providing support to all Chadwell Representatives. Responsibilities include data entry of measurements provided and/or requesting quotes from vendors and ensuring all information is accurate.

Requirements

  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Having strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive thinking is required.
  • Be able to work in a self-managed, self-motivated team-oriented environment. This includes cooperatively scheduling work and meetings and the ability to multitask with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming requests via email
  • Supplying lead times
  • Providing support to all Chadwell Representatives
  • Data entry of measurements provided
  • Requesting quotes from vendors
  • Ensuring all information is accurate
  • Process stock orders, quotes, and returns accurately
  • Provide substitutes for items placed on backorder if requested
  • Process Credit Card Authorizations on open orders
  • Communicate directly with the sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve conflicts
  • Answer the phone with a clear friendly tone
  • Be responsible for reading and obeying all notes on accounts pertaining to the handling of our accounts
  • Acknowledge and answer all emails as they arrive
  • Participate in Lunch and Learns and all other product knowledge opportunities
  • Remain logged into queues during business hours
