We are seeking a Customer Service/Billing Representative to lead a dynamic team responsible for billing and customer service across multiple departments. Requirements

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Skills & Abilities: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Creative problem-solving and solution implementation.
• Ability to lead with empathy and accountability.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
