As Customer Service Assistant, you will operate the switchboard as a main responsibility and do order entry and run reports as needed. The position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information in a professional manner to Customer Account Representatives, Customers, Supervisor, and other stakeholders. Be the ambassador for Kolpak while answering the phone and directing the caller to the correct department or brand. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based in Parsons, Tennessee. Kolpak is dedicated to ensuring confidence in the future of food service businesses and operations.
