About The Position

We are a business development and marketing firm that partners with nationally accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to support fundraising initiatives, community outreach, and public awareness campaigns. Our work focuses on helping nonprofits connect with local communities while contributing to broader national impact. We are currently seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for our Customer Service Associate positions. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in customer service, marketing, nonprofit outreach, and account management while gaining hands-on professional experience and structured training. This position provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in customer service, public engagement, and nonprofit marketing. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit partner organizations with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
  • Engage with community members through outreach, fundraising support, and informational campaigns
  • Provide clear and engaging presentations to educate the public about nonprofit missions and initiatives
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support during in-person outreach events
  • Learn and apply customer engagement, communication, and marketing fundamentals
  • Track outreach activity, performance metrics, and campaign results using internal reporting systems
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
