Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid license to drive locally (or travel) to El Paso office (or other market location) for training or meetings upon reasonable request and notice.
  • High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer service calls.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate with installers, sales representatives, and order entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
