About The Position

WE ARE SEEKING:
A detail-oriented, Customer Service Associate with great people skills to take care of customers in our Main Branch located in historic downtown Berlin, Maryland.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Handling daily banking transactions and referring products and services that meet specific customer needs. This is a full-time, day shift position, with occasional Saturday mornings required.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
An outgoing personality
A professional appearance
Cash handling experience is strongly preferred. Banking experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
