Help with event setup, coordination, and breakdown to keep everything running smoothly. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a solution-focused mindset. Keep accurate records of interactions and provide valuable insights for campaign success. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve event goals and targets. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and performance growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related fields a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sports environments is helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, positive, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and special events.
