Responsibilities: Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions. Handles any walk-in customers. Collects payments. Makes policy changes. Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives. Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients. Any additional duties assigned by management. Requirements for Success: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience. Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Strong communication skills. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
