Requirements

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus
  • Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key skills
  • A team-first mindset and keen attention to detail
