About The Position

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for assisting patients with insurance and billing questions and performs functions directly associated with a customer service call center including, but not limited to, taking payments, changing or updating insurance, updating patient demographics, and setting payment plans. Responsible for maintaining requested average call wait time and projected daily call volume. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2 Years Related Position Experience In Healthcare Required
