About The Position

The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for engaging with clients on behalf of the company as well as overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Service Team. eFulfillment Service (EFS) is one of the nation's leading ecommerce order fulfillment companies because of our ongoing commitment to value, technology and client satisfaction. Requirements

  • One to two years of prior experience in customer service or related field
  • Two to four years of management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, clients & staff; both verbally (Individually or in a group setting) and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills
  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Accomplished computer skills with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Take client calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • Manage the customer service team
  • Train new team members and inform them about the company's customer management policies
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Continually focused on process improvements and staying current on the latest industry trends.
