The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking experienced customer service professionals. As a Customer Service Assistant 2, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Handling calls and tickets, processing inquiries from providers, and giving answers and information Directing callers to appropriate helpdesk Transferring calls/tickets and escalating calls/tickets to Call Center Lead or ODM support areas as needed Supporting providers with log in authentication Using a computer to manage data, verify information, log calls, and create reports and correspondence
