About The Position

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, or account development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills — professional, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and develop new leads via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Prepare and send quotes/proposals
  • Manage a disciplined pipeline within the CRM: log activities, track opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of course access.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and promotional campaigns to support revenue growth.
  • Support virtual events, webinars, and referral initiatives that bring in new business.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, notes, next steps, and opportunity stages within the CRM.
