Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Sales Representative: Face-to-face communication within the Atlanta region for customer inquiry assistance and completing sales transactions Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management's needs Be the connection between the customer, client, and our Customer Service and Sales Representative team Responsible for using their best sales skills to open and close accounts Make a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experience Explaining the advantages and functions of products, method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results

  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting successfully
  • This position requires daily travel to our office and events.
