The Customer Service Representative - Kraft Heinz Ingredients is primarily responsible for the total execution of the SAP order to bill process, ensuring seamless supply and exceptional service for food manufacturer customers. This role reports into the Customer Service Supervisor – KHI and works alongside two other peers within a customer service team of 9 people. The position involves working with both external customers and internal departments including Sales, Business Management, Operations, Product Supply, Credit Department, Plants/DC personnel, Transportation, and Finance.
