The Customer Service Representative - Kraft Heinz Ingredients is primarily responsible for the total execution of the SAP order to bill process, ensuring seamless supply and exceptional service for food manufacturer customers. This role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor – KHI and collaborates with internal teams such as Sales, Business Management, Operations, Product Supply, Credit Department, Plants/DC personnel, Transportation, and Finance.
