About The Position

Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. Up sell/Close sales transactions. Consistently achieve revenue goals. Provide quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Phoenix, AZ area to be considered
  • Must have 1 year of call center experience
  • Must have experience with sales/upselling
  • Must be able to type 25wpm+
  • Must have high speed internet and hardwire with ethernet cable.
  • Must be available between 12pm - 12am M-Su.
  • Will be scheduled an 8 hour shift with 2 consecutive days off.
  • Schedules are given at random.
