Your Opportunity The Herff Jones Customer Service Team is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a regular, full-time position with benefit eligibility including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits. Shift:Standard shift is 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, including weekends as needed during peak seasons.Peak seasons occur March through May. Here's How You Will Make an Impact As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will play an integral role in managing relationships with Herff Jones Independent Sales Partners (ISPs). You will be part of a small Sales Support team that directly services high school students, parents, and school administrators. You will provide exceptional customer service by: Taking orders Answering general questions Troubleshooting issues Across multiple channels including: Phone (Five9) Ticketing system (Zendesk) Web portal and chat During peak seasons, the CSA team may assist with order entry and additional support needs to ensure excellent customer service. What You Will Bring to the Table Professional customer service experience with a strong track record of success Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) Ability to convey information clearly and professionally via phone and email Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset Positive attitude with a desire to learn the full product lifecycle Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred (military service considered case-by-case) Spanish fluency preferred but not required Physical Activities: Daily activity includes but is not limited to: Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Reading, communication, simple math. Be able to regularly lift/move up to 25lbs. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.
