HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM. Home base of St. Luke's Center, Allentown, PA. Remote or hybrid remote available after 6 months on of site training, at the discretion of the manager, for local (PA & NJ) candidates. The Customer Service Advocate is responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, e-mail, and written correspondence to the Single Business Office (SBO) regarding billing questions and/or concerns for hospital and physician billing self-pay balances.
